The power of touch has powerful effects - our bodies surge with feel-good hormones when we are touched, which promotes confidence, reduces pain and tension and also boosts our immune systems preventing illnesses.

Massage is an extended form of touch and as old as mankind. It relieves stress, anxiety and tension by soothing the nerves, improves circulation and releases muscular aches.
Aromatherapy uses essential oils, which are natural plant essences, extracted from various plants, shrubs and trees. There are many oils for lots of complaints; insomnia, headaches, migraines, constipation, PMT and anxiety are just mentioning a few.
I look at the person as a whole - mind, body and soul. I blend essential oils to enhance my massage treatment, which works deeply on the physical tensions held within the body and muscles. Whilst working intensively on the muscles, my massage is intuitive, dynamic, rhythmic and flowing. I am a channel for healing energy, so if you need an input it will automatically flow. This will induce relaxation for your mind as well as your body, helping to maintain your body's equilibrium the way that nature intended. You will feel rejuvenated and more confident and at ease than you have for along time.
