These Monday’s classes honour the different phases/faces of the moon. The Moon connects us all, The moon’s phases shine upon the whole universe and i’ve been following the Moon for 25+ years, read more on the moon here . I’ve been teaching the Full and New Moon, yet now you get to practcie with all the faces of the moon from the waxing and waning, the last quarter and so much more!

Learn how the moon is a feminine energy, and how this helps you to be more creative, successful and sensual. The Moon represents your deepest personal needs, your habits, your reactions, and your unconscious, as you learn more you see how everything is connected.

The moons feminine energy mirrors a woman’s and both have many phases/faces that change through her monthly cycle or indeed life cycle…and this is embraced and accepted. Practicing with the moon gives you the opportunity to reflect, create space to observe your changes as The Moon facilitates the awareness of your inner world and outer world, coming into a rhythmical ebb and flow of activity and energy.
