ps.

A friend Jennie, wrote to me and I thought I would include her advice – great for smoothie lovers….

“Do you want to combine healing energy and awakening with a good diet to make you feel healthy? The smoothie is one of the most popular ways for people to drink themselves better, but it is also possible to make things worse. There are just some ingredients which instead of purifying the body, removing toxins and replacing them with great vitamins and minerals, will add fat and bad energy. These 3 things are:

Dried Superfoods: These are pure energy shots with no long term benefits, i.e., just as bad as sugar.
Shop-Bought Juice: Again, high in sugar and bleached of their natural fibers and vitamins. Avoid these toxic juices and go for fresh squeezed or blended fruits.
Extra Oils: Good oils, say from nuts, seeds, avocados or olives are good for you, but you should get these from other meals. Keep the smoothie oil free to reduce fat.

To find out more about these ingredients to avoid, take a look at 3 Smoothie Ingredient Combinations to Avoid.

Thanks Jenny!
