My intention for 2014 is for every person I meet, teach, treat and be with to….

Honour The Divine Feminine…

This is for Every Woman willing to remember, awaken and embrace her authentic self… who she truly is; a pulsating, living breathing expression of the powerful Divine Feminine, who’s essence is peace and nurturing love.

This is also for Every Man open to explore his intuitive, creative feminine essence and honour and respect the same in every woman in his life.

This year 2014, I invite you to go deeper into the natural rhythmical cycles of life. Everything is cyclic, the seasons, the tides, the sun, the moon, birth, life, death, day to night… I share with you the path of Yoga that is dedicated to connecting to the Divine in every living, pulsating moment; I invoke roots from Tantra Yoga weaving mantra, mudra, meditation, asana, pranayama to awaken your heart, kindle your heart fire with the intention for you to come to know yourself more fully within the sacred space of the temple of your body. These ancient practices are made current for today so you move beyond limiting ideas or any contractions to embrace pleasure and expansion…

ॐ How does these practices help you to get more in tune with your inner and outer world and the natural cycles in the universe?

Everything that exists in your outer world exists within you… Our planet is an exchange of giving and receiving, evolving and dissolving..

“What is in the macrocosm is in this microcosm. Within the city of Brahman, which is the body, there is the heart, and within the heart there is a little house. This house has the shape of a lotus, and within it dwells that which is to be sought after, inquired about, and realized. What then is that which, dwelling within this little house, this lotus of the heart, is to be sought after, inquired about, and realized? As large as the universe outside, even so large is the universe within the lotus of the heart. Within it are heaven and earth, the sun, the moon, the lightning, and all the stars. What is in the macrocosm is in this microcosm.” ~ Chandogya Upanishad

So if your outer world mirrors you inner beliefs and you wish to change aspects in your life…. Then you begin by looking within the lotus of your heart and allow it to blossom.

Through the Sacred practices of yoga you will learn to harness the abundant prana within (life force energy), to evolve with the natural cycles within life and honour the ritual of respecting yourself at the highest level. The simple practice of pausing, observing, listening and writing this in a journal transforms. This is my calling to support women, mothers, businesswomen, sisters, daughters, women of all cycles in their life who are doing so much for others that they have forgotten how important they are!

You have a feminine energy within you that is yearning for reconnection, to feel, to experience pleasure, to be touched, to be seen fully and completely, to be listened to, to surrender, to receive…the taste all of life

I understand and support the woman’s role, whether you are a tired mother, a career woman, a business owner, a single lady… the Divine feminine has so many faces and yet this year my offerings through my teaching is to help you to embrace them all, allow them to surrender to them all. In the West some feel to surrender is submissive, Surrender in the East is “to melt in to that which is higher than you.” This does not give away your power it harnesses it. So gather your many faces that are changeable in every moment from being loving to being extremely irritable, from being vulnerable to be raging the next ~ they are all one.

Men – do you wish to learn how to embrace your feminine energy to give you more power? Or learn how to see and hear the women in your life in a more compassionate way that they will only respond positively?

The Divine Feminine is fluid, powerful and liberating, she transforms whilst nurturing you as you awaken and change with the cycles. She is you. As you embrace the natural rhythmical cycles of life, you begin to observe your self and your life cycle harmonizing, it becomes more fluid, you become more mysterious, more attractive and more powerful when in harmony with your body, mind and heart. It’s time to release outdated beliefs, surrender the masculine energy of doing absolutely everything, over working, determined to stand your ground or say that you’re ok, when you’re not. This only leaves you feeling frustrated and struggling; why? Because you are coming from a male energy, in competition with this linear male energy within, thinking rather than feeling and that isn’t the natural inherent flow for a woman, it’s a forced energy to succeed copied and initiated a generation ago…

I invite you to go inward to the temple within and reconnect with pleasure, feeling, creativity, fluidity and intuition so your vitality and power soar. If you make a difference in your self and immediate community and this expands into the global cOmmUNITY!

I wish to share so much with you, from what I’ve learnt on my journey and has helped unlock parts of me, eased the contraction and softened me. Nothing seems to have changed, yet everything has changed naturally. I wish to see you on your yoga mat or in my treatment room, truly see the whole of you, I will listen to what you seek or wish to learn to evolve. And I will definitely tell you how important you are in every way. I intend to share this through being a teacher of Yoga in my classes, and as a healing therapist, also online in my blogs, on my FaceBook page and emails. How? And why?
